Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using repurpose.sh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and creators.
2. The platform
repurpose.sh is a marketplace where creators publish AI-powered workflow tools called "skills", and users pay credits to run those skills. We facilitate the connection between creators and users and handle payment processing, AI execution, and output delivery.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Credits
Credits are the in-platform currency used to run skills. Credits are purchased using real money via Razorpay and have no cash value. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of documented platform error. Unused credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 14 days notice.
5. Creator terms
Creators earn 25% of the credits spent running their skills, converted to currency at the prevailing rate of ₹0.083 per credit. Creators must set up a verified payout account to receive earnings. Minimum payout thresholds apply (₹500 for bank/UPI, $10 for international methods). We process payouts within 3–5 business days of a withdrawal request. Creator earnings are subject to applicable taxes — creators are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes.
6. Skill content policy
Skills published on repurpose.sh must: (a) not facilitate illegal activities; (b) not produce content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights; (c) accurately describe their functionality; (d) not use AI to generate misinformation or deceptive content at scale. We review all skills before they go live and reserve the right to reject or remove any skill at any time.
7. AI-generated outputs
AI outputs are generated by third-party models (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without professional review.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create and input into skills. AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider. Skills built by creators are the creator's intellectual property. You grant repurpose.sh a licence to process your inputs to deliver the service.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer or copy skill logic without permission; use the platform to generate spam, phishing content, or malware; abuse the credit system through fraudulent purchases or chargebacks; scrape the platform; or interfere with platform infrastructure.
10. Limitation of liability
repurpose.sh is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without notice. On termination, unused credits are forfeited. Creator earnings that have already been processed for payout will be paid out. You may close your account at any time via Settings.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law, before resorting to courts. For questions, contact legal@repurpose.sh.
13. Company Information
repurpose.sh is operated by KIWCO, located at 5th Floor, Horizon Centre, Gurgaon - 122002, Haryana, India.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
